[11:09] Faith Diesel: I will say that neither immersive or freeform refer to being without a meter or para-rp
[11:09] Mirei Loire: Immersive implies a heavy sepperation between IC and OOC so that the story/RP environment is as undisturbed as possible, allowing players to more fully experience the plot and play. Freeform implies a certain fluidity and adaptability such as some of the original structured role play games, for example D&D. This means that while the invironment is structured to be a very specific reality/universe, there is much room for the creative writing process on individual levels.

(Even though they aren't that script heavy.) But, well. . . I'm not used to it anymore. Is it going to be a problem when/if I forget and RP without the /2? :\

[11:42] VictoriaDarcille: I usually post a long description of her body language so I can avoid think statements. - Ah I see... - usually I'll be like, "She fidgeted in her chair and darted forward instinctively as she felt her stomach begin to churn. She giggled nervously - etc.
[11:43] Faith Diesel: Description is particularly important for actions so the one acted upon knows what you are doing for their reaction

[11:44] Mirei Loire: Aye, Mac. . . Did you know that writing styles have two general groups they fall into, poetry or prose, and that all writing used for entertainment purposes, such as RP, falls into the poetic category? :3

[11:55] Nina Robbins: so in fact... in practice ...how do you roll the dice???... I have never used it before... could you make an example?
