[11:11 AM] Ophelia Applewhyte: these will change based upon your character level, this is also what is effected if you take a hit, are starving to death or flying or underwater when your race can not swim or fly
[11:12 AM] Ophelia Applewhyte: Watch these at lower levels especially you will drown fast so if SL drops you under a street under water get out fast. You can always TP to the HUB by clicking on Isle of Legacies on your map

[11:13 AM] Ophelia Applewhyte: Life is based upon the race you choose, it stays the same unless you deplete health and strength. Once those go life drops. Run out of health or strength you are defeated, run out of health you are dead

[11:14 AM] Ophelia Applewhyte: You will see the things that effect health
[11:15 AM] Ophelia Applewhyte: if you are defeated you need to click revive first. healing will not do it, if someone heals you before you get revived, remove your meter, count to ten and replace it then so revive

[11:23 AM] Tyrus Olbers: so if I use it with less percent of hunger, would it be damaging?

[11:35 AM] Ophelia Applewhyte: shields and anticurse, at level 15 you get your first shields. These get stronger as you level and use them depending upon your specs.
[11:36 AM] Ophelia Applewhyte: Be sure to RP using armor, shields etc, it makes no sense to sit in the cafe sipping tea and armoring yourself. People will react to that. Imagine if you were in a restaurant and the guy next to you whipped out a Kevlar vest and put it on....I am so getting out of there!

[12:32 PM] Ophelia Applewhyte: yes they do, ability rolls are for things that the meter does not cover, whenever possible use a meter action or ability.
[12:32 PM] Ophelia Applewhyte: If you are casting a spell to summon or a ward etc then use an ability. Abilities are not used against players in combat
