[17:15] Leigh Luv (leigh.huet): when it comes to any of the abilities that have timers that run out the state still exists till it gets back to you

[17:17] Leigh Luv (leigh.huet): your avitar may stop floating the clock may run out but ICly the state should be RPd through the entire round

- Fuel: Power factored with Supernatural Skills.

Grapple- To grasp or hold without affecting health, life or strength.
Influence- To affect mental state, hypnosis, physic or state of mind.
Presence- To affect the target's presence. Teleporting, body deformations, other physical affects that has no harm, heal or change of mental.

Critical Miss- Missed the target and possibility of self damage (gun backfired).
