Hunting Wyn

She had outlasted all of the people supposed to help her in the search. The elf she had just met, she had left with Viola to continue her roll through London. The wheelchair creaked dangerously as it betrayed the damage she had caused it. Like it or not the Mayor had found herself bound by physical inability. She had found she could not protect Wyn or her friends from the assassins. There were not enough body guards. Her anger cloaked her as she searched the city where she could through the night. Any time she considered resting she just had to close her eyes to see the war torn office, the blood puddle, the trail leading out... as it vanished.

She had left that for the constables, should they ever arrive. This was personal from the start but another example of why the city needed her was nearly lost under her anger and fear. "Damn it Wyn... just don't die." The night would grow colder and she would push herself anyway. Forgoing sleep and rest, she couldn't stop looking until she either had no choice or found him. She knew better in some ways but Mo wouldn't give up just because she should. That was against her entire nature.

When she ran out of places she could roll she would fly, and when she could not fly any longer... she would roll. Thus the mayor of London spent her night alone, in the shadows just as she would have had she not been mayor.
