   Count Dorian Reginald Thorn

   20 July, 1820 - 10 Feb, 1891

   We of the Legacies Gazette extend our ardent condolences to the Thorn family over the passing of Count Dorian Reginald Thorn. Known lovingly as Reggie to those who were closest to him, Count Thorn was the father of twin sons Viscount Dorian Charles Thorn, who reports for the Legacy Gazette, and Dire Thorn, who currently works as a Constable for the city of Legacies. Count Thorn was master of the lost Thorn fortune and widower of Angelina Thorn nee MacGrath. Count Thorn was born at Thorn Manner in 20 July, 1820 and lived a fulfilling life as master of said Manor while also working as a successful investor. Count Thorn died in the late afternoon of 10 Feb, 1891 when he was assaulted by an unknown assailant.

   When asked about their father, the two Thorn heirs were seen to be dealing with the tragedy in their own dissimilar ways. Viscount Dorian Charles Thorn, heir apparent to the Thorn Legacy, said that an obituary was not necessary for his father. "Yes, he's dead but he still lives with us at the castle." When asked if he meant that the body still remained in their possession, Viscount Thorn responded, "no, not the body. His ghost lives with us. In fact, we're waiting for word about having him resurrected." Dire Thorn refused to comment about his father, only responding, "I don't have anything to say about it, get the @#$% out of my face!"

   Reggie Thorn, wherever you are at this moment, rest in peace.
