   The Estate Agents forum has two purposes:

   - To let renters know what each property in Legacies is like.
   (Every property is intended to be listed, rented or not, though Faith, Fidgy & TriJin are still working on this)

   - To record the history of each property
   (Every member of the Legacies community can contribute to this. Just add a reply to your property and record for future generations of Legacies the history of your tenancy. Think of it like a press release, newspaper article or letter to someone; something that you might find in a local library or lost between the floorboards of the house for example. Typical information might be: Who was the owner? What did you use the building for? When did you own it? Did any interesting events happen while you owned the building?)

   This information can then be used ICly with the appropriate supporting rp: like going to the library or redecorating your house.
