   Lord Rune Shen'Lung's candidacy is put into question, as Lord Vincent Adler submits material regarding his past terms. Not to mention current events within the city have Shen'Lung sitting in a questionable light.

   Recently, three of the candidates for mayor have been attacked by Horsemen. Katherine Foxtrotter, Morsmordre Furman and Lucifrage Rofcal. While Lucifrage was unharmed in the attack, Foxtrotter and Furman were left with serious injuries. Shen'Lung was not attacked by the horsemen, leading many to speculate if he his behind the attacks.

   Claudia le Fay, an avid supporter of Furman is quoted saying, "I do not have definitive proof if Shen'Lung is behind the attacks, however it does look suspicious. It does not look good for him, especially this close to the end of the election. If he is behind the attacks, he has a lot to answer for."

   Lord Vincent Adler submitted to an interview with Claudia, detailing Shen'Lung's previous terms as mayor. "Let me simply say that at the end of Lord Shen'Lung's last term, the city signed in relief. Deeply. The realm in which Rune had left the city, was a state of tragic despair. His sole focus seemed to either draw his sword at every turn of events, to storm off angerly and childishly when something did not go his way, or to constantly and repeatedly slander the hospital, its workers, and frighten the patients by telling them that we would butcher them," stated Lord Vincent to Claudia le Fay during the interview.

   Lord Adler goes on to say he took legal action against Shen'Lung, and when asked to submit a formal apology to the hospital, Shen'Lung's so-called apology, was far from apologetic. He continues stating that Shen'Lung failed to comply with the terms he himself set for himself as mayor. He focused soley on his own clinic, due to being barred from entering the hospital, and still to this day, regularly speaks of his hatred toward the hospital and all staff who work there. He also failed to rid the Magistry and Constables of corruption, as promised to the city. Lord Vincent spoke of Lady Leigh Luv's statement that Shen'Lung did not understand the, "difference between being a mayor, a worker for the people, and a dictator or ruler."

   When speaking of Lord Shen'Lung's past, Lord Vincent stated that Shen'Lung is more concerned with the fact that he is a 30,000 year old Drowgon, who was Emperor over a vast kingdom, then goes on to say that Shen'Lung considers his ruling as an emperor and his terms as mayor are one in the same. He desires power above all else.

   During the debate, it is noted that Shen'Lung gave no ideas of his own, either repeating what someone else said, said that he knew was he was doing, or agreeing with what Morsmordre Furman was saying. Lord Adler questions why Shen'Lung would be running against her, if he agrees with her. Bunny Rofcal agreed with Lord Adler, stating that Shen'Lung had not said a single idea of his own.

   Also during the debate, Pestilence attacked and injured some patrons. Pestilence was killed, but the injuries done to the attacked were potentially severe. An injured citizen stumbled into the debate, halting the proceedings. Shen'Lung seemed to show concern for the citizen, yet most in attendance saw through his ficade. "Shen'Lung showing concern for an injured girl? Preposterous. The man has no pity and would sooner attack the girl himself than give her aid," stated an anonymous citizen.

   Another concern by Morsmordre Furman and Lucifrage Rofcal, is that death orders have been common place recently. They have not stated whether Shen'Lung is the one giving the orders, but with the recent string of attacks by the Horsemen, fingers point to Shen'Lung.

   Another concern to many citizens, is that Shen'Lung will not be the one to actually do the job required of him as mayor. The Rofcal's state that they heard Shen'Lung say to Katherine Foxtrotter, "I remember who did all the work my last two terms." While Shen'Lung does not outrightly say Katherine is who did the work, he did touch her face in an affectionate way and say it to her. It looks suspicious indeed.

   It would seem that Shen'Lung has many issues to work out and his candidacy is now in question, considering his past and the current string of events with attacks on candidates, and his inability to answer questions. His mental health is also in question, many believing him to be mentally incompitent. It is recommended that Shen'Lung submit to a mental evaluation to determine his sanity. If he is elected, while mentally unstable, it can surely mean trouble for the city and its people. A proper interview is also asked of Lord Shen'Lung, to answer many questions relating to his current candidacy for mayor.

   The Rofcal's also wish to extend their thanks to their supporters, asking them to support Candidate Furman in the election. "Morsmordre Furman is surely the right person to run this city with fairness and stability. Rune Shen'Lung, be he mentally unstable, has no place being mayor of London," stated Claudia le Fay.
