[16:02] Raylon Loordes: the goal of this class is OOC Drama...what is it ...how to avoid it .... and what happens if you start it or are part of it
[16:03] Raylon Loordes: who here can tell me what they think ooc drama is

[16:03] Tobyus Flanagan: Taking something that happens ICly and moving it to OOC and whining about it.
[16:03] Raylon Loordes: thats part of it yes good....
[16:03] Dorain Silversmith: ooc drama are issues you the player have usualy caused by or involving things hapeningIC though not always just the ic
[16:04] Krysta Ember: Its when someone takes something that happened IC and makes it all personal and emotional OOC....complaining, nagging, or harassing someone about what happened IC.
[16:04] Dorain Silversmith: issues that you dun let drop or seek to have solved
[16:04] Raylon Loordes: this is even in the ooc group channel.....or going off about a decision made by an ST or badmouthing someone behind thier back to other players....or badmouthing the sim to others
[16:05] Raylon Loordes: say for example someone ims you with a smart comment about an rp that you have done...what do you think you should say or do

[16:07] Raylon Loordes: if someone is coming down on you in IMs or you see ooc drama happening....you can either ignore it....or call for an SP....a moderator or SP are the ones that handle these types of issues....what do you think happens when there is ooc drama between players

[16:09] Raylon Loordes: once ooc drama starts it is ver hard to stop or contain....we can lose very wonderful players...storylines could be halted and disappear....the culprits are warned once, docked once and heavily might I add...and then banned plain and simple....this is a very serious thing here and it can ruin a sim
[16:10] Raylon Loordes: plus it makes more work for the moderators and well...we dont get to rp...which makes us very very sad.....trust me you dont want us sad ;)

[16:11] Raylon Loordes: and to be honest it doesnt matter who started it either...we are a fair system...all parties involved in ooc drama nasty words not doing things the way they should all will get punished

[16:16] Raylon Loordes: it doesnt just pertain to ic situations....ooc drama is any type of dispute or issue that is not rp

[16:19] Raylon Loordes: it is simple....rp is rp....and ooc is that ooc .....anything that is an issue oocly needs to be dealt with carefully....NEVER take frustrations out from rp into ooc and vice versa
