Enabling LaRPS for your Second Life sim.

There are two types of LaRPS realms that can be chosen. Depending on your requirements and the choice you wish to offer your roleplayers.

• · Choice 1. "Global Realm"
  • · When a player creates a character sheet in this region, it will also be active and available in all other regions in Second Life that isn't part of a game realm setup. This is the most flexible for players as they may level up in one region and move around playing the same character. An example would be a Vampire character that lurkes around looking for action. Or perhaps a combat character if you have a full fledged combat region setup. The disadvantage to this type is that there are no game admins to award or dock EXP.
• · Choice 2. "Game Realm"
  • · When a player creates a character sheet in this setup, it will only be active and available when the player is in that region (or group of regions that makes up the realm). An example of such a place is "Isle of Legacies" that is part of the "Legacies" game realm. The Legacies realm is made up of 5 regions. A character may move around the regions using the same character but if they teleport outside the 5 regions, their "Global Realm" character would then be active instead of the "Legacies Game Realm" character. This is very flexible for controlling the game of your choice as you may have full control over awarding, docking and managing your own admins. You may also define your own races and disable certain spells and abilities.

"I'm interested, so how do I proceed?"

That's great! All you have to do is simply send a notecard to TriJin Bade with the following details:

• · Realm Type: Choose from the two options above, which type of game setup you want.
• · Region name(s): The exact names of the regions that make up the realm. Yes, you can have more than one sim region to be in the same realm.
• · Region Image: A full permission image of the Realm with the permission to use the image on this site. This will go into the listing of Realms to attract visitors to your Role Play Realm.
• · Description: A full description of the Realm to describe the theme and type of role play that you perform in your region.
• · Entrance Landmark: So your players know where to teleport to and how to get to your region. A SLURL would be great if you have one.
• · Vendor Landmark: So we know where to place the LaRPS meter vendor.
